Job Summary
The Director, APAC IT will lead the IT Engineering function, managing a global team responsible for the development, integration, administration, support, and overall health of corporate technology and applications. Key responsibilities include managing IT engineers and support staff, implementing corporate applications for productivity and security, fostering iterative project environments, managing technology consumers' expectations, and developing IT policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT leadership, knowledge of identity and mobile device management, compliance frameworks, and excellent people management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years leading a team
- Managing identity management applications (i.e. Okta, Azure)
- Managing mobile device management tools (i.e. Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
- Experience with productivity tools (i.e. Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
- Experience with line-of-business applications (i.e. Salesforce, Netsuite, Intercom)
- Experience with HR information systems (i.e. BambooHR, Ashby)
- Delivering compliance tooling for frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC 2)
- Knowledge of networking, information security, and workstation technologies
- Excellent people management and project management skills
- Experience with scripting and APIs
