Director, Analytics - EAX

Job Summary
Director of Analytics for EAX leading player-lifecycle growth initiatives through personalization, experimentation, and engagement strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization. Build and scale a multidisciplinary analytics organization and partner with EA leadership on initiatives affecting player connectivity, live-service engagement, and digital platform growth. Coach and develop the analytics team; own the analytics and experimentation roadmap; translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations; and drive advanced analytics capabilities leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization to elevate insight generation and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Brand leaders to influence roadmaps and lead executive-level business reviews
- Foundation in scaling experimentation (A/B testing) programs, personalization strategies, and data-driven growth initiatives
- Expertise working with large-scale datasets, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
- Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- This is a hybrid remote/in-office role
