Job Summary
Director, Analytics & Compliance to lead analytics and compliance initiatives, shaping enterprise analytics governance, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliant use; partner with Legal, Compliance, Quality, IT, and business leaders; oversee cross-functional projects integrating analytics with compliance controls; advise senior leadership on emerging analytics trends and regulatory considerations; mentor managers and senior individual contributors; ensure alignment with Credo and leadership imperatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Finance, Compliance, Engineering, or related field
- 10–12 years progressive work experience in analytics, compliance, data governance, or related strategic roles
- Strong leadership experience managing managers and/or senior individual contributors
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Knowledge of data privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Preferred: experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of analytics strategy, data-driven insights, and risk-based decision support
