Job Summary
Lead and evolve the analytics data practice as the Director of Analytics, managing and mentoring a team of analysts while being actively involved in client work. Set strategic vision for data use to improve client outcomes, develop best practices, and foster team culture. Engage in cross-functional collaboration and oversee innovation in analytics programs to enhance ROI. Requires 9+ years in digital analytics, expertise in SQL, strong management skills, and an understanding of the nonprofit and advocacy sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in digital analytics
- Direct experience with CRM data, paid media analytics, web analytics suites, and data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
- Expert in SQL and experience managing data warehouse environments
- Strong people and team management skills
- Informed perspective on the nonprofit and advocacy sector
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt, solve problems, and stay organized
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital martech
- Experience in mass marketing with fundraising, advocacy, or ecommerce
