Job Summary
Director, Analyst Relations at Smartsheet leading a global AR program, reporting to the VP of Global Corporate Communications. Role focuses on shaping and executing Smartsheet's analyst relations strategy, strengthening analyst relationships, delivering insightful research support, and leading a team to drive go-to-market narratives. Requires proven AR leadership, ability to influence senior stakeholders, executive presence, strong written/verbal communications, data-driven storytelling, mentoring and team leadership, and willingness to cover West Coast hours with remote or Bellevue, WA office options. US base salary range $175,000–$230,000; teleworking from any registered location in the U.S. is available.

- 10-15+ years of experience in analyst relations at a technology company, preferably with SaaS experience
- Proficiency with AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to develop compelling narratives grounded in data and facts
- Mentoring and leadership skills
- West coast hours availability
- Experience building senior-level analyst relationships
