Job Summary
Lead data integration and data engineering research; publish provocative and pragmatic research; provide actionable guidance to support Data & Analytics Leaders; engage clients via virtual meetings, Gartner conferences, and industry events; track market trends in data management, data fabrics/meshes, and AI-enabled data strategies; deliver high-quality research content, peer reviews, and presentations for webinars and onsite engagements; mentor junior team members and collaborate with peers to drive innovative processes and improvements; travel up to 25% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Professional Qualification or 10+ years direct experience in a field related to Data Management
- Demonstrated experience in Data Integration and Data Engineering
- Knowledge of data management platforms, data fabrics/meshes, and modern data architectures
- Hands-on experience with data streaming tools, data virtualization tools, real-time data integration, and application integration technology
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
