Job Summary
Director of Americas Field & Partner Operations will serve as a core member of the Go-To-Market leadership, accountable for executing the global GTM strategy across the Global Partner & Alliance organization in the Americas. The role acts as the operational engine for partner programs, designs and maintains reporting and forecasting processes, aligns sales, marketing, and client experience, and provides data-driven insights to optimize regional performance. responsibilities include territory design, account & opportunity management, incentive planning, CRM hygiene, collaboration with Finance and cross-functional teams, and rollout of new processes and tools to drive scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience at a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and/or client-facing roles with direct experience working with Sales Leadership
- Familiarity with modeling in Excel
- Highly effective at verbal and written communication
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate outcomes (including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation)
