Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing allocation team through coaching, training, and ongoing capability building; drive strategic allocation initiatives aligned to broader merchandising and business goals; partner with Buyers and Planners on pre-season assortment and location-level SKU strategies; oversee detailed store planning and space allocation strategies to support sales and inventory productivity; serve as a subject matter expert across key allocation and order management systems, including Quantum; represent the allocation function in divisional strategy discussions and key business initiatives; partner cross-functionally with Field teams to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and localized product needs; ensure inventory readiness and allocation support for new store openings and strategic launches; monitor action plans, KPIs, and team goals to ensure strong execution and measurable results.
