Director, AI Translation & Adoption - Data & Technology

Job Summary
Own the AI adoption posture across Parexel, determining which capabilities to emphasize, when, and for which audiences to ensure strategic alignment. Curate and oversee the AI communications and education calendar, translating the enterprise roadmap into actionable guidance for partner organizations. Lead the team in translating complex technical AI concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining accuracy. Brief organizational change management, learning and development, and corporate communications teams on AI direction and strategic implications. Operate as a service function to triage and prioritize AI-related requests, maintaining predictable capacity for partners. Serve as the AI subject-matter authority in cross-functional forums with business unit leaders and change ambassadors. Lead and develop a team responsible for adoption liaison, translation, and education programming to build organizational AI fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (field flexible: technical, communications, organizational psychology, or related)
- 10+ years in roles that combine technology and communications, such as adoption leadership, technical product marketing, change management for technology programs, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts; able to maintain credibility with technical teams while remaining accessible to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience partnering with organizational change management, learning and development, and corporate communications functions
- Familiarity with adoption metrics and the operational definitions of adoption including active usage, integrated workflow, and demonstrated value
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or financial services
- Experience leading teams in technology, communications, or organizational development
