Job Summary
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across adjudication, governance, and risk oversight functions within Commercial & Wholesale Credit Risk. Design and deploy scalable AI solutions addressing process inefficiencies while establishing strategic frameworks and governance for sustainable implementation. Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to understand workflows, network enterprise-wide for best practices, and conduct process assessments to recommend technologies delivering maximum business impact. Lead change management to champion adoption of AI-enabled processes with leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading data/AI initiatives in financial risk management
- deep knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
- Proven cross-functional leadership
- strong relationship management and collaboration skills across teams, hieraries, and enterprise boundaries
- Strategic thinker able to synthesize information from multiple sources
