Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agent systems. Architect scalable, secure AI/data systems, drive automation workflows and APIs, and leverage cloud/MLOps for continuous delivery. Manage KPIs, backlog, and cross-functional governance; mentor engineers; collaborate with product, data, UI/UX, and change-management teams to translate business needs into deployable AI solutions. Promote responsible AI, ethics, and compliance while exploring new technologies and vendor partnerships; participate in hackathons and proof-of-concepts; contribute to enterprise AI strategy and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in AI, software, or data development
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g. Langchain)
- Experience with Vector databases (e.g. pinecone)
- Experience with embedding models, RAG architecture, and LLM principles
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Diversity of leadership experiences and abilities including influencing, coaching, and guiding others
