Job Summary
Director, AI Product / Program Facilitator responsible for turning AI transformation ambitions into delivered outcomes by operationalizing the business case, managing the initiative end-to-end, and leading a hybrid team of people and agents. Partners with the technical lead, shapes strategy and execution, drives AI-first delivery, ties initiatives to commercial outcomes, and maintains governance, cadence, and risk management. Must work closely with executives, engineers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to define opportunities, build the business case, set direction, and ensure delivery milestones are met. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s (or higher) with substantial program/product management experience, strong ability to run cross-functional programs, and fluency in AI and technical delivery. Bonus points for pharma/regulatory exposure, agile delivery experience, and relevant certifications. Onsite 2.5x weekly; salary range $162,900–$271,500 with bonus eligibility; relocation may be available; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience
- OR a Master’s degree with more than 7+ years of experience
- OR a Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience
- Experience with program or product management, delivery, or technical program cross-functional team management, including complex multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience building a business case and operating credibly with executive-level leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to run technical delivery programs end-to-end — plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk.
- Working fluency in AI / technical delivery — able to engage credibly with engineers on what is being built and why.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal teams against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make complexity legible.
