Job Summary
Own Red River Software's cloud architecture, infrastructure, and runtime environments while leading the modernization of existing applications and the new multi-tenant platform. Lead DevOps and TechOps functions by managing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability to ensure operational readiness and reduce risk. Drive AI innovation by building tooling for ML workflows, data pipelines, and model deployment, then partner with Customer Experience to safely operationalize AI features. Define long-term technical strategy, approve architectural changes, and reduce systemic technical debt across services and integrations. Balance innovation with operational excellence through strong leadership and cross-functional partnership with Operations and Professional Services.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of SaaS architecture
- Deep understanding of microservices
- Deep understanding of cloud-native engineering
- Deep understanding of event-driven systems
- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale data systems
- Strong background in DevOps
- Strong background in reliability engineering
- Strong background in security
- Ability to balance innovation with operational excellence
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
