Job Summary
Director, AI Enablement responsible for establishing a scalable internal AI adoption operating model across Product & Solutions, translating governance, security, and regulatory requirements into actionable expectations, providing portfolio visibility on AI initiatives, guiding teams toward reuse and measurable outcomes, leading an internal BI/analytics function, and partnering with PMO, Engineering, and Product leaders to drive AI-enabled improvements while delivering value across workflows. The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, strategic thinking about AI deployment, and leadership of teams to scale AI practices with enterprise alignment and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, digital transformation, data science/analytics or related domains with AI exposure
- Minimum 5+ years’ operating as part of a product development team
- Direct people management experience leading data analytics, BI, engineering, data science, or technical program/product management teams
