Job Summary
Director, AI Enablement & Security for Bloomreach leads AI adoption strategy across the global enterprise while enforcing security controls, FinOps, and compliance. Responsible for managing and scaling AI, IT, and Security engineering teams, serving as the cross-functional bridge across Go-To-Market, Product/R&D, HR, Finance, and Legal, and collaborating with the GRC, Legal, and DPO teams to deliver secure, high-velocity enterprise AI enablement. Key duties include shaping enterprise AI strategy and governance, chairing or co-leading AI governance initiatives, driving AI readiness and safety education, translating business needs into technical roadmaps, and embedding risk and compliance into the enterprise risk management framework. Preferred qualifications include advanced credentials (e.g., AIGP, CISM) and experience leading security or engineering initiatives in global SaaS/B2B/e-commerce personalization contexts. The role emphasizes leadership, executive communication, and the ability to unify multiple departments around rapid AI adoption with rigorous corporate guardrails. Base salary range is $200,000-$250,000, plus bonus and RSUs, with regional benefits including health, 401k, and flexible, virtual-first work culture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling multiple teams (IT, Security, and/or AI/Software Engineering)
