Job Summary
Director, AI & Digital Transformation to lead digital initiatives across the organization, focusing on AI-enabled strategies and enterprise-scale digital programs. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with strong emphasis on AI, identifying new business opportunities enabled by digital technologies, and championing innovation. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital experts, data scientists, and engineers; oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital and AI projects from conception to deployment and scaling; align digital initiatives with senior leadership objectives. Define and track KPIs to measure ROI and impact; drive adoption of AI-powered solutions to optimize processes and create new revenue streams; ensure regulatory compliance. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and articulate the vision and progress to executive leadership. Requires deep expertise in AI, ML, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies, plus a track record of leading large-scale digital programs in a matrix environment. 10+ years in IT/Digital roles with at least 5 years in leadership; strong business acumen to translate technical solutions into measurable value; manufacturing or transportation experience considered a plus. Education includes a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/Digital roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing digital transformation or AI projects
- Proven experience developing and implementing AI strategies that delivered significant business value
- Master’s degree preferred
