Job Summary

Director, Product Manager for HR digital portfolio driving product strategy and backlog for HR technology. Acts as bridge between engineering, business analysts, and HR stakeholders to prioritize work, define acceptance criteria, and deliver outcomes. Responsible for backlog management, defining team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with value streams, gathering end-user feedback, and driving AI/ML/automation opportunities. Leads cross-functional teams, communicates product strategy to senior stakeholders, and fosters an innovative, inclusive team culture while managing changes and roadmaps. Must demonstrate strong stakeholder management, ability to translate business needs into executable backlog items (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and enable agile delivery with tools like Jira and Smartsheet.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of work experience in related field
  • Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams
  • Two years of experience in Agile product management
  • Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product
  • Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Experience supporting HR Technology, Workday or similar SaaS in a configuration, BA, or product role
