Job Summary
Director, Agency Services oversees EDU agency client accounts, drives media/affiliate performance, coordinates with channel management and internal teams, develops client roadmaps and campaign timelines, delivers QBR presentations, and identifies cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue while ensuring exceptional client service and program outcomes. Must manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, maintain strong written and verbal communication, and travel as needed to support client initiatives. Experience in online advertising and affiliate management across higher education and financial services verticals is required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in online advertising within Account Management, Client Services, Project Management or similar function
