Job Summary
Execute and monitor agency recruitment BAU activities, including seminars, workshops, incentive programs, and agency engagement initiatives. Track progress, identify execution gaps, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure timely delivery in line with business priorities. Act as the key execution contact for internal departments and Regional Offices, managing timelines, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations. Manage back-end operations, reporting, dashboard tracking, and budget follow-up while ensuring compliance with branding and legal requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize templates to enhance operational effectiveness. Requires over 10 years of agency recruitment experience and strong leadership skills to support colleagues and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- FLMI holder
- Over 10 years relevant experience in agency recruitment and development
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong business sense
- Willingness to accept challenges
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under high pressure
