Job Summary

Lead the brand and cross-functional team to execute tactical plans achieving financial objectives, including planning training, market research, and sales initiatives. Develop and manage the portfolio strategy, covering situation analysis, critical success factors, and five-year forecasts. Direct research on market, competition, pricing, and reimbursement trends to build opportunities, while managing ad agency performance and reviewing proposals. Collaborate with PR, sales leadership, and digital partners to optimize campaigns and enhance the customer journey. Balance resource allocation and marketing mix elements to operationalize strategy while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • BA in Business/Marketing related discipline
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience developing strategies, implementing tactical plans, managing budgets, with increasing levels of exposure and leadership
  • Excellent understanding of marketing business processes and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with field-based sales force and market access issues and trends, assessing product portfolio and commercial opportunities, and developing and implementing business plans
  • Strong strategic mind
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Skilled in presenting and tailoring presentations to audiences, and engaging audiences
  • Innovative and creative marketing skills with a strong lens on innovation
  • Highly energetic team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to develop business plans, create, and manage budgets
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priorities, identify resource needs, drive to completion, prepare reports, and evaluate results
  • 25-30% travel may be required

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • Understanding of the urologic business is preferred
  • Record of successfully working with commercial, market access, clinical, sales, operations and supply chain functions
  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
  • Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill preferred
