Job Summary
Director, Advanced Toxin Practice Clinical Educator leading injector education programs in Neuroscience focused on Dysport and neurotoxins. Role involves educating doctorate-level personnel, delivering Dysport education to customers, developing and executing clinical education curricula (including ultrasound-guided techniques, reconstitution, and dosing guidance), partnering with NSRs and resident/fellow programs, gathering market insights, identifying customer education priorities, and developing KPIs. The position is field-based, requires travel up to 70%, and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing within the Dysport Marketing team; responsible for coordinating with internal teams to align training initiatives with brand strategy and ensuring compliant promotional educational activities. Minimum 15+ years of related experience in clinical and pharmaceutical settings with neuroscience focus; MD required. Travel up to 70%.
Required Qualifications
- MD
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience (clinical, patient-facing)
- Ten or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry desired, with neuroscience experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Strong ability to educate and train across clinical and commercial teams
- Demonstrated expertise in medical terminology and medical literature
- Ability to synthesize and communicate medical information clearly
- Demonstrated collaborative cross-functional capability
- Experience with injector education programs and brand education
