Job Summary
Director, Advanced Practice Provider Initiatives leads as a liaison between APP organizations, GI/IDN stakeholders, and internal teams. Develops and implements educational frameworks for APPs in MASH-related programs, aligns APP initiatives with organizational goals, and gathers strategic insights to enhance APP engagement, Advocacy, Market Insights, and the Commercial APP Speaker Bureau. Collaborates with marketing to create APP-focused content, drives engagements at conferences and workshops, and supports APP education across diverse practice environments while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and travel (60-80%).
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- Experience as an APP in clinical practice preferred (GI, Hepatology, Endocrinology preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 60-80%
- Valid driver’s license
