Job Summary
Director, Advanced Analytics, Field Force Strategy & Effectiveness leads enterprise Sales Force Effectiveness strategy using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and decision science. Responsible for territory alignment, customer targeting, incentive compensation design, and field deployment strategy; partners with Sales Operations and HR to govern incentives, drive analytics-driven recommendations, and shape the field force deployment across the organization. Role requires senior leadership collaboration, data-driven storytelling, and end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives that inform leadership decisions and field execution. Based in Bridgewater, NJ with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Public Health (quantitative focus), or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in advanced analytics, data science, or commercial insights within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, including territory alignment, customer targeting, incentive compensation design, and field deployment strategy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Experience with pharma secondary data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony), CRM data, and commercial data ecosystems.
