Job Summary
Optimize store routines, prepare for customers, and drive sales results alongside the Store Director. Implement weekly campaigns, maintain a positive and energetic work environment, and coach staff to prioritize customers and identify needs. Lead the team through daily activities including checkout, stocking, selling, cleaning, and client counseling. Work weekends and manage high-pressure situations while coordinating the team to meet established objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in learning, motivating, and developing a team
- Ability to take responsibility for providing excellent customer service and achieving extraordinary sales
- Capability to complete tasks: maintaining calm in stressful situations and coordinating the team to achieve established objectives
