Job Summary
Director of ADAS/AD System Integration overseeing ADAS development, supplier management, synchronization with project milestones, and end-to-end system validation across SW/HW, sensors, and E/E interfaces. Responsibilities include leading risk management, budget and organizational oversight, coordinating with UI/UX interfaces, reporting to VP, escalating as needed, and ensuring alignment with vehicle manufacturing timelines and homologation processes. Requires a Master’s or PhD in Engineering (or comparable) with 10+ years in automotive/ADAS, strong system integration, negotiation and leadership capabilities, and experience driving cross-functional teams in a global context.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Engineering or comparable
- 10+ years of experience in ADAS/automotive or related field
- Proven leadership of a technical or engineering division
- Experience in system integration across ADAS subsystems (sensors, software, HW)
- Knowledge of ECN/EMC/release management and vehicle planning
