Job Summary
Director, Acute Care Sales role leading and mentoring a high-performing acute care sales team within Hologic's diagnostics portfolio. Drive commercial revenue growth, set and meet sales forecasts, develop partnerships with industry experts, payers and healthcare providers, and collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations to achieve divisional goals. Requires a proven leader with deep knowledge of molecular diagnostic assays and disease states, strong executive presence, negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of making authoritative business decisions in a diagnostics, life sciences, or medical device environment. This role emphasizes building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration, with weekly travel and a compensation model based on base salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum of 8+ years in sales experience in a diagnostics, life sciences, medical device industry
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in driving revenue and market share growth
- Weekly travel requirements
