Job Summary

Director – Activation leads outcomes-driven performance marketing initiatives across programmatic, social, and search for client campaigns. Acts as a primary liaison between client teams and external partners, translating audience insights and communications strategies into paid media allocations, flighting, and optimum environments. Oversees planning team work including QA of budgets and media math, manages large multi-client budgets, and develops sales materials while producing forecasts for prospective campaigns. Requires 7+ years in performance marketing with client management experience and 1+ year of team leadership. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the New York office and two remote days.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in performance marketing with client management experience
  • 1+ years managing a team
  • Platform knowledge surrounding DSPs and SSPs
  • Ability to manage peers in collaborative workstreams and environments
  • Comfortable with basic data, analytics and measurement concepts
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Comfortable producing and presenting reports to CBLs and clients
