Job Summary
Director, Accounts role leading end-to-end real estate transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients, including lease renewals, site acquisitions, subleasing, and disposition strategies. Oversees complex financial analyses (NPV, cash flow, IRR), contract negotiations, zoning and entitlements, and site development across industrial, office, and preferably retail experiences. Manages multiple projects and stakeholders with program/workstream management, leveraging client drivers and market intelligence to deliver value. Produces documents such as PIFs, market reports, BOVs, RFPs, LOIs, and other real estate analyses; prepares and implements portfolio-wide transaction strategies and collaborates with senior client stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, Construction, Legal, Tax, etc. Requires active Real Estate License in WA; 6+ years in real estate transactions and related expertise; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent experience; strong MS Office and Smartsheet skills; willingness to work across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License required in the state of Washington
- 6+ years of experience in real-estate transactions; minimum 5 years of portfolio management experience
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or equivalent experience
- Healthcare transaction management experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills – attention to detail is critical
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Smartsheet and other project management tools preferred
- Ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global initiatives
