Director, Accounting

Oversee all accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, direct audit activities, support budgeting and forecasting, and lead grant accounting functions. Supervise and develop accounting staff while driving continuous process improvements and partnering with executive leadership on strategic financial decision-making. This role supports a mission-driven healthcare organization delivering critical services across Colorado. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with at least five years of progressive accounting experience and three years in staff management.
