Job Summary
Build the tiered, verticalized architecture for high-touch incubation of top recruiters and automated engagement for the long tail. Own supply activation and retention economics to maximize active, placement-producing recruiters while defending against dormancy. Lead leaders and build the bench by promoting high-output ICs into managers and hiring elite external operators. Act as a product partner to turn manual plays into specs, features, and AI-agent capabilities, driving liquidity in the marketplace. Diagnose with data using modern AI tools to find cohort drop-offs and run precise interventions. Manage a growing team of managers and ICs as the org scales, partnering with Product to automate operational friction.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years scaling supply-side operations or account management in a marketplace or high-growth, target-carrying commercial environment
