Job Summary
Manage ongoing relationships with Employer, Payor, and Government clients to drive success, retention, and growth of existing and new services. Directly supervise Account Managers, handle hiring and development, and mentor the team across Account Management. Conduct periodic review meetings to assess performance, surface threats, and propose solutions while ensuring profitability and managing strategic risks. Lead contract delivery, expansion, and renewal efforts, including pricing strategy, RFP responses, and negotiation activities. Partner with internal teams to deliver accurate reporting and coordinate cross-functional support for client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in a health care environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or health-related discipline
- Ability to travel as business needs require
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Solid understanding of key financial metrics such as revenue and margins
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills

Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading an account team of large, national commercial and/or Health plan accounts
- Master's degree or equivalent additional experience
- Diverse capabilities represented by successful experiences in several healthcare settings or a variety of healthcare experiences within a single setting
