Job Summary
Director, Account Management Lead overseeing a team of account managers to nurture high-value partnerships, drive Pacvue’s revenue growth, and deliver data-driven eCommerce strategies. Responsibilities include leading client relationships and joint strategic planning with enterprise clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align client needs with the product roadmap. The role requires strong analytical and executive-facing communication skills, a track record of managing enterprise-level revenue targets, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while guiding long-term strategic direction for the account management function. The estimated annual OTE ranges from $240,000 to $270,000+ based on experience and location, with base salary and performance-based variable compensation. This is a remote-capable role with preferred locations in NYC or Chicago.
