Job Summary
Support Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs while managing account capabilities and team for on-time delivery. Collaborate across Dentsu and the network to drive business value, project manage communications plans including timelines and budgets, and review plans to increase margins through innovation. Lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work, provide accurate plan updates to clients, and generate new business to build a strong pipeline. This permanent full-time role is based in Gurugram, India, at Level 4 for Posterscope.
Required Qualifications
- Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network
- Uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
- Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
- Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
- Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
- Generates New Business and build a strong business Pipeline
