Job Summary

Director, Account Management and Implementation leads the ongoing management, optimization, and growth of established Community Health Center partnerships. The role serves as the primary liaison to CHC partners, ensuring integrated specialty care and pharmacy programs meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives, and delivers excellent outcomes for patients. Responsibilities include strategic partnership ownership, performance analysis and reporting, conducting regular business reviews with CHC leadership, proactive problem solving, cross-functional coordination (Product, Implementation, Clinical), contract management, and driving growth and program implementation across the CHC network. The position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, project management, and travel up to 20%.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in account or partner management
  • Experience in healthcare sector is a plus but not required
