Manage housekeeping functions and staff to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Direct operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry to execute all housekeeping tasks while maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Initiate inspection programs for rooms, public areas, storage, and grounds. Maintain strong relationships with Front Office to coordinate room assignments and inventory stock. Supervise budgeting and ordering of supplies, review operating statements to manage departmental costs, and control expenses to meet financial goals. Respond to guest complaints, handle disciplinary procedures, and interview new management and hourly employees. Establish goals for direct reports, recognize team successes, and ensure fair administration of property policies.
