Conduct store operations and manage daily sales targets in accordance with MANGO's global standards. Oversee inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service protocols to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Coordinate with regional teams to address local market needs while maintaining alignment with international fashion trends. Participate in on-call rotations as required for shift coverage and emergency response. This Director/Adjunto role supports MANGO's mission to inspire creativity and innovation within a multicultural team of over 120 countries.
