Job Summary
Director responsible for overseeing and executing daily restaurant operations at Des Moines Chick-fil-A Merle Hay. Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive profitability and operational excellence, coach and develop directors, team leads, and frontline staff, ensure brand standards and food safety, engage with the community, and manage crisis response. Focus areas include strategic leadership, financial management, talent development, quality assurance, and innovation to support growth and guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant management software
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
