Job Summary

The Center Director is responsible for leading a child care center, managing staff, implementing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards. Responsibilities include planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and fostering a positive partnership within the community. Candidates must be 21 years or older, hold at least a High School diploma, have supervisory experience, and preferably a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
