Job Summary
Lead the financial analyst team to foster a collaborative, rigorous environment focused on excellence. Ensure accurate accounting operations and robust internal controls for airline costs and balance sheets. Coordinate and review provisions for aircraft leases and components in compliance with IFRS 16. Supervise the consolidation of financial results for both statutory and management needs. Pilot the budgeting process, financial planning, and sector analysis for maintenance, assets, and IFRS 16. Oversee the preparation and revision of statutory financial statements to guarantee accuracy and compliance. Drive the implementation of innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable decision-making levers.
Required Qualifications
- Titre de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA)
- Minimum de 7 années d'expérience en gestion de personnel dans un contexte financier
- Expérience au sein d'une grande entreprise
- Connaissance approfondie des normes IFRS et de leur application pratique
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office
- Leadership reconnu et forte capacité d'influence auprès de parties prenantes variées
- Expérience éprouvée en gestion du changement et en transformation organisationnelle
- Habileté élevée à analyser des situations complexes et à prendre position rapidement
- Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l'anglais
- Une bonne maîtrise du français (pour les postes au Québec)
- Capacité à communiquer fréquemment en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, avec des collègues, des clients ou d'autres parties prenantes, tant au Québec qu'à l'international
Desired Qualifications
- Une expérience dans l'industrie de l'aviation constitue un atout distinctif
