Job Summary
Own regional strategy and performance by defining Quebec-specific plans aligned with national priorities and translating them into actionable, measurable results. Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence across the province through regular clinic visits to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Drive operational excellence by overseeing program rollouts, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Lead the integration of Patient Support Programs (PSP) by collaborating closely with Field Case Managers to ensure consistent delivery and support complex stakeholder interactions. Monitor key performance indicators, share field insights to inform leadership decisions, and proactively manage risks to sustain long-term regional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in the health, pharmaceutical, or clinical engagement domain
- Demonstrated ability to drive regional strategy and deliver results
- Strong field presence and ability to build relationships in person
- Experience in program and operations optimization
- Excellent relational skills and influence capability
- Strategic mindset and business acumen
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Availability to travel regularly across Quebec
