Job Summary
Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Director (F/H) with a strong background in engineering or business administration and extensive experience in the energy sector. The role includes leading turbine retrofit projects for EDF, managing project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, economics or business administration
- 10 years of experience in the energy industry
- At least 5 years of experience in bidding, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, or managing large/complex projects
- Good knowledge of steam turbine product
- Good knowledge of Arabelle Solutions organization
- Knowledge of EDF organization (preferred)

- Ability to initiate project structure
- Strong skills in planning and organizing
- Solid knowledge of planning and cost control principles
- Ability to create/manage relationships with clients and suppliers/partners
- Good business acumen to assess commercial risks and opportunities
