Define IT program and project orientations to align with organizational objectives and advise senior leadership on technology needs. Supervise multiple complex, interconnect portfolios including cloud migrations and software development across their full lifecycle. Recruit, lead, and develop teams of project managers, architects, and engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Establish and enforce project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, alongside quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, internal divisions, clients, and external vendors to manage expectations and ensure clear communication. Develop, manage, and forecast multi-million dollar budgets while tracking expenditures to guarantee on-time delivery within financial constraints. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by creating contingency plans and escalating major concerns to executive direction. Ensure all projects and operations comply with legal, regulatory, security, and internal policy standards. Maintain bilingual oral and written communication skills to support operations across Canadian divisions.
