Lead the full integration of acquired clinics from due diligence through post-close, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption. Plan, execute, and monitor strategic cross-functional projects ranging from new clinic openings and technology rollouts to service expansions and training programs. Partner closely with Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance to align goals and deliverables, while creating standardized playbooks and checklists to ensure operational consistency. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and capture learnings for continuous improvement. Evaluate and refine project methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability, tracking measurable KPIs that demonstrate initiative impact. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout planning and execution phases.
