Job Summary
The Directeur (trice) Amélioration Continue is responsible for providing comprehensive productivity services to operations and leading cost reduction programs for the factory. Key responsibilities include analyzing data for cost reduction opportunities, leading improvement activities, training teams, developing and managing department budgets, and performing root cause analysis for chronic losses. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of factory experience, and a Certification Black Belt. Candidates must exhibit strong planning and communication skills, as well as creativity to foster productivity improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a factory setting in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in production supervision desired
- Strong skills in planning, organization, and communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience in analyzing data and interpreting results
