Organize, delegate, and supervise site preparation activities while ensuring technical conformity and quality of the work. Verify weekly schedule progress against defined resources and monitor budget compliance. Manage contractual aspects of construction sites, including relationships with owners, contractors, and suppliers, and validate supplier orders and subcontractor selection. Represent the company before owners and architects, and participate in weekly meetings when necessary. Recruit production teams, conduct individual performance evaluations, and contribute to training plans and competency committees. Control site administration through to final completion guarantees and validate general and definitive account closures. Guarantee safety, prevention, and environmental rules to achieve the group's zero-accident objectives. Requires 10+ years of operational construction experience and team management in new builds or rehabilitation. Based in the Normandy region with frequent travel.
