Directeur Technique et Exploitation - Promotion Immobilière (H/F)

Manage engineering and technical execution teams while supervising tender dossiers, negotiations, and contract passings. Pilot technical budgets, feasibility studies, and land analyses to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Develop and maintain relationships with public partners and concessionaires while anticipating technical, contractual, and litigation risks. Participate in strategic decision-making and provide regular reporting to the General Director. Contribute to the definition of production strategy and continuous organizational improvement within the real estate development entity.
