Job Summary
Develop and improve HR practices, policies, and processes while acting as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational decisions. Plan workforce strategies, manage recruitment, retention, and performance management cycles, and oversee insurance, benefits, and administrative employee files. Advise managers on HR situations and monitor the HR budget alongside performance indicators. Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes across three manufacturing sites near Victoriaville. Manage work permits and renewals while utilizing AI tools to drive innovation. Maintain full autonomy to challenge existing practices and shape the future of the HR function within the group.
Required Qualifications
- Formation en ressources humaines ou toute autre combinaison de formation pertinente
