Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field
- 12+ years of experience as HR Generalist / Business Partner
- Proven track record in diverse P&O roles
- Ability to influence decisions in France with works councils and legal environment
- Excellent oral and written communications in English and French
- Experience leading organizational transformation with works councils in France
- Strong relationship-building with senior executives and leaders
- Ability to drive talent development and associate engagement
- Experience coordinating regional initiatives and HR strategy within a European context
- Demonstrated leadership of a team (direct and indirect reporting) and ability to guide managers in HR matters
