Lead the establishment in all aspects including human resources, finance, quality, risk management, and asset oversight while ensuring resident safety and financial balance within the approved budget. Implement the strategic project of the Foundation, guaranteeing the quality and security of resident care through close collaboration with the coordinating physician. Represent the institution publicly and drive its development in alignment with the Foundation's general policy and local territorial needs. Manage a team of 70 residents, including a protected living unit, with full autonomy within a decentralized organization. This role is part of a public utility foundation engaged in long-term care for vulnerable populations.
