Directeur/Directrice de projets internationaux – Rivières, eaux souterraines et résilience (Choisy-le-Roi)

Lead international projects in river, groundwater, and resilience sectors, managing high-stakes flood risk and climate change initiatives across France and global markets including Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Identify and qualify new opportunities, develop client and funding partner relationships, and structure complex proposals. Direct engineering and technical teams, oversee feasibility studies and construction monitoring, and handle contractual, financial, and risk management aspects while reporting to Activity Direction. Maintain strong collaboration with the Export Commercial Direction and other Artelia entities. Requires 15+ years in water project leadership, significant international director experience, and fluent English. Regular travel to Grenoble is required.
